Start Here Call is a complimentary 20-minute conversation designed to help us understand your situation, goals, and the type of support you may be seeking.

This is an introductory discussion rather than a full mentoring session. During the call, we will explore your circumstances, identify the key challenges or opportunities you wish to discuss, and determine whether Human Business Mentor is the right fit for your needs.

You will receive an honest assessment of how we may be able to assist, which mentoring option may be most suitable, and, where appropriate, whether another professional, provider, or service may better meet your requirements.

The purpose of the call is to ensure you receive the right support and can make an informed decision about your next steps before committing to a mentoring service.

There is no obligation to proceed following the call.

Practical Step is a focused one-to-one mentoring session designed to help you gain clarity and direction on a specific question, decision, or challenge.

This option is ideal for individuals seeking practical guidance without committing to a longer engagement. It is well suited to:

• Early-stage business questions
• Career or study decisions
• Training and qualification pathways
• Preparing for an important conversation, meeting, or interview
• Returning to work after a period away
• Identifying the best place to start when feeling uncertain or overwhelmed

Together, we will focus on one key issue, question, or objective. Following the session, you will receive a concise written summary outlining the main discussion points, recommended actions, and suggested next steps.

Delivery Options

Meetings held at our office incur an additional $100 venue fee per session to cover meeting room hire.

Travel is included at no additional cost for locations within 20km of Hillarys, WA. Locations outside this area may incur a travel fee, which will be confirmed prior to booking.

Focused Outcome Program

$175 · 3 x 45-minute sessions

A structured mentoring package designed to help you achieve one clearly defined objective through a series of customised one-to-one sessions.

The program includes three tailored 45-minute mentoring sessions, a personalised action plan, and a written summary following each session.

Following your complimentary 20-minute Start Here Call, you will receive a written program plan outlining:

• Your agreed objective or outcome
• The focus of each session
• Recommended preparation activities (where applicable)
• Expected milestones and next steps

Please review the plan carefully when received. If you would like any adjustments made, these should be requested at least 7 days prior to the first session to allow adequate preparation. Changes requested after this time may not be possible within the allocated sessions or may require sessions to be rescheduled.

This program is designed to be practical and outcome-focused. Sessions are structured around preparation, skill development, guided practice, planning, and implementation rather than general discussion.

Payment & Rescheduling

Once the program plan has been agreed, full payment is required prior to the first session. Payment secures both your session times and the preparation required to develop your tailored program.

As preparation commences before delivery, payments are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed or do not attend scheduled sessions.

Alongside You is an ongoing one-to-one mentoring program for business owners, managers, emerging leaders, and individuals seeking consistent support, accountability, and practical guidance while navigating challenges, pursuing goals, or making important decisions.

This program is designed for those who value having an experienced professional alongside them to provide perspective, challenge assumptions, assist with problem-solving, and support ongoing growth and development.

Included each month:

• Three 90-minute one-to-one mentoring sessions
• Practical guidance and support between sessions
• Priority setting and accountability check-ins
• A written summary following each session, outlining key discussion points, actions, priorities, and next steps

Your subscription is paid monthly in advance and includes all mentoring sessions and support provided during that billing period.

Sessions are intended to be used within the current month and do not roll over into future subscription periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Any remaining sessions and support included within the current paid period will remain available until the end of that billing cycle.

Between-Session Support

Support between sessions is available for brief questions, clarification, accountability, progress updates, and assistance with implementing agreed actions. Significant new topics, extensive reviews, document preparation, or substantial additional work may require a separate mentoring session.
